Mike Chen
Owner & Lead Estimator
Mike founded Pacific Air Comfort in 2011 after 12 years working for one of Vancouver's largest HVAC contractors. He holds a Gas Fitter Class B ticket, an HVAC/R journeyman certificate, and is a registered contractor with BC Safety Authority.
Mike personally handles every estimate and system design. He believes the quality of an HVAC installation starts with proper sizing and equipment selection — not just picking the cheapest unit that fits. When he's not on the job, he coaches his son's hockey team in North Vancouver.
Sarah Williams
Lead Technician
Sarah joined Pacific Air Comfort in 2015 and leads our installation crews. With over 10 years of field experience, she specializes in heat pump installations and complex retrofit projects. She holds both Gas Fitter Class B and Refrigeration Mechanic tickets.
Sarah is particularly skilled at designing solutions for older Vancouver homes where space is tight and existing infrastructure presents challenges. She's completed advanced training with Daikin and Mitsubishi on cold-climate heat pump systems.
Raj Patel
Office Manager
Raj keeps Pacific Air Comfort running smoothly behind the scenes. He manages scheduling, coordinates crews, handles permits and inspections, and is usually the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. He joined the team in 2018.
Before joining Pacific Air Comfort, Raj managed operations for a commercial HVAC company in Surrey. He brought systems and processes that help us deliver residential service with commercial-grade reliability. He handles all rebate paperwork and can walk you through financing options.
Jordan Lee
Apprentice Technician
Jordan is our newest team member, currently completing his HVAC/R apprenticeship through BCIT. He works alongside Sarah on installations and is developing expertise in heat pump and ductless systems.
Originally from Richmond, Jordan chose HVAC because he wanted a skilled trade with a future — and with BC's push toward electrification and heat pump adoption, the demand for qualified technicians is only growing. He brings a sharp eye for detail and genuine enthusiasm to every job.
