For older homes without ducts, or for additions and converted garages, ductless mini-splits provide efficient zone cooling without major renovation.

Proper sizing matters more than brand. An oversized AC unit will cycle on and off rapidly, never properly dehumidifying your home and wearing out components prematurely. We calculate the cooling load for your specific home — accounting for sun exposure, insulation, and layout — then match you with the right unit.
