Pacific Air Comfort provides professional duct cleaning using truck-mounted vacuum systems that deliver ten times the suction of portable units.

Our process starts at the furnace and works outward to every supply and return register. We use compressed air tools to agitate and dislodge buildup inside the ducts, while our high-powered vacuum captures everything. We also clean the blower assembly, evaporator coil surface, and furnace cabinet interior.

Vancouver's damp climate makes duct cleaning particularly important. Moisture in the air can lead to mould growth inside ductwork, especially in older homes or homes with crawlspace runs. If we find mould, we'll document it and recommend appropriate remediation before proceeding with cleaning.

We recommend duct cleaning every 3-5 years for most homes, or more frequently if you have pets, allergies, or have completed renovation work. Post-renovation cleaning is especially important — drywall dust and construction debris in your ducts will circulate through your home for months if not properly cleaned out.
